I never really thought this day would come, but here I am on the day my first listing went active on the CRMLS. Of course there were bumps along the way...like the wrong listing date that made it look like it had been on the market for more than 34 days! Ugh! Luckily, that's all fixed!! Its such a cool moment to see your name and know you're doing something toward the career you set out to have. I'm no stranger to escrow or having an offer accepted by a buyer, but to have a listing!?! Wow, that's big time! haha. I have my first open house this weekend.
